Backup Policy for Customers Who Have Discontinued Service Payment

1. General Provisions
1.1. This policy regulates the procedure for providing backup copies of files to customers who have suspended payment for the service.
1.2. The policy aims to ensure a secure way for customers to retrieve their data before final deletion from the system.

2. Backup Access Conditions
2.1. Customers who have discontinued service payments have the opportunity to retrieve their backup copies within 30 calendar days from the date of the overdue payment.
2.2. After 30 calendar days from the overdue payment, the backup copies will be permanently deleted from the system without the possibility of recovery.

3. Customer Responsibility
3.1. The customer is responsible for contacting support in a timely manner to access their data.
3.2. The service is not responsible for data loss if the customer fails to use the provided opportunity within the specified period.

4. Data Deletion
4.1. Backup copies are automatically deleted after the 30-day period from the overdue payment.
4.2. After deletion, data recovery is impossible.

5. Additional Conditions
5.1. This policy is an integral part of the service’s terms of use.
5.2. The service reserves the right to make changes to this policy with customer notification in accordance with the service’s terms of use.
